Clinic Registration

Registration for Spring 2025 Clinics closed at 11:59 PM on October 10, 2024. Students will be notified of their enrollment status on October 17, 2024.

To learn more about the Clinics and the registration process, please see recording of the which was held on September 30, 2024. A recording of the session will be posted here for those unable to attend.

In addition to the Clinic Registration Form, the following clinics also require advanced applications. Students may begin submitting applications to the forms below on September 30th at 9 AM and advanced applications will be accepted through October 10th. Students interested in those clinics must submit both the Advanced Application for that clinic AND the Clinic Registration Form to be considered for these clinics. Please note, the Caritas Clemency Clinic is a year-long clinic so does not participate in the Spring semester enrollment period. 

  • Clinic for Asylum, Refugee, & Emigrant Services (CARES)
  • Clinic for Law & Entrepreneurship (CFLE)
  • Intellectual Property Law Clinic

You must register for a clinic by 11:59 PM on October 10th to be considered for enrollment. Clinics requiring Advanced Applications will select students based on their applications while all other clinics will register students by lottery. We cannot guarantee that every student will be enrolled in a clinic. Students will be notified of their enrollment status on October 17, 2024, prior to the start of regular course registration so that they may plan their schedule accordingly.

Preference is given to 3L students, although 2L students will also be considered.

Textbooks

 

Spring 2025 Textbook List 

  • Required textbooks for all 1L courses, along with Introduction to Federal Taxation, Business Organizations, Evidence, Constitutional Law II, and Legal Profession are available for two-hour check outs at the Circulation Desk. Access to these textbooks cannot be guaranteed and textbooks will not be available to use during any open book exams.
 
  • Students taking courses that use Course Packets will receive ordering instructions from their faculty via email. Packets may be purchased online using .
