How do I find or check my class schedule?

All students need to check their schedule each semester.

To Check Your Schedule on Novasis

  1. Login to Novasis
  2. Click on Student and Financial Aid.
  3. Click on Registration.
  4. Click on Week at a Glance - Your Schedule by Day & Time or Student Detail Schedule.
  5. Highlight the appropriate term. Click on Submit.

How do I verify my enrollment status?

The law school uses a fast and efficient method of meeting our students' need for verifying enrollment status through a service at the National Student Clearinghouse. You can use these verifications for insurance and loan deferment purposes, as well as any other reason you might have. The verification is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be printed and/or saved to your hard drive.

To Verify Your Enrollment Status on Novasis

  1. Login to Novasis
  2. Click on Student and Financial Aid 
  3. Click on Student Records
  4. Click on Request Enrollment Verification (Link to your records at the National Student Clearinghouse)

Follow the instructions on the Clearinghouse site to receive your enrollment verification. It will be produced immediately once you have entered the requested information.

How do I find my final grades?

Final Grades can be found online through Novasis. Final grades will not automatically be sent to students. 

To Find Your Final Grades on Novasis

  1. Login to Novasis
  2. Click on Student and Financial Aid.
  3. Click on Student Records.
  4. Click on Final Grades.
  5. Select the appropriate term and submit.

How do I access my transcripts?

Follow the directions below to navigate to the appropriate web page in Novasis.

To View Your Transcript Online

  1. Login to Novasis
  2. Click on Student and Financial Aid.
  3. Click on Student Records.
  4. Click on Academic Transcript.
  5. Select Law School. Do not ask for All Levels.
  6. Look at Earned Hours to see credits earned toward graduation.

How do I find my advisor?

Your academic advisor can be found online through the Novasis system.

To Find Your Advisor

  1. Login to Novasis.
  2. Click on Student and Financial Aid.
  3. Click on Registration.
  4. Click on View Your Advisor.

How do I find my exam ID?

Your Exam ID is found online through the Novasis system. The steps listed below will enable you to find your exam id.

To Find Your Exam ID

  1. Login to Novasis.
  2. Click on Student and Financial Aid.
  3. Click on Registration.
  4. Click on Select Term.
  5. Choose your term from the drop down menu and click Submit.
  6. You will be re-directed back to the Registration Menu
  7. Click on My Detail Schedule with Links to My Class Rooms.
  8. If you do not click on the Select Term link first, your exam number will NOT appear.

How do I find my spot on the wait list?

You can now see your position on the wait list for Fall and Spring classes in NOVASIS

To Find Your Waitlist Status

  1. Login to Novasis
  2. Click on Student and Financial Aid.
  3. Click on Registration.
  4. Click on Week at a Glance - Your Schedule by Day & Time or Student Detail Schedule.
  5. Select the appropriate term. Click on Submit.
  6. Your class schedule will be displayed.  Click on My Detail Schedule to see waitlisted classes and your position on the waitlist.

Textbooks

Textbook List for Fall 2024

 

  • Required textbooks for all 1L courses, along with Introduction to Federal Taxation, Business Organizations, Evidence, Constitutional Law II, and Legal Profession are available for two-hour check outs at the Circulation Desk. Access to these textbooks cannot be guaranteed and textbooks will not be available to use during any open book exams.
 
  • Students taking courses that use Course Packets will receive ordering instructions from their faculty via email. Packets may be purchased online using .
