At VSB, every student has access to a successful team of staff, faculty and peers to guide them in their journey. 

  

VSB ADVISING

Academic Advisors are assigned to students in their first year and work with them for the duration of their time at VSB.

  

PEER ADVISORS

Each first-year student is assigned an upperclassmen VSB Peer Advisor who supports them in their academic and professional growth during their first two years.

  

FACULTY MENTORS

Students can connect with faculty mentors to learn more about the VSB majors, business industries and career paths. 

  

THE O’DONNELL CENTER FOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

In addition to facilitating the Backpack to Briefcase curriculum, the O’Donnell Center promotes numerous professional development opportunities including experiential education, student business groups, and career exploration and planning.

  

VSB MENTOR PROGRAM

The mentor program brings VSB students and alumni volunteers together in one-to-one relationships to support students’ career and professional development goals.

  

VSB PEER TUTORS

VSB Peer Tutors are upperclassmen who provide drop-in office hours and individual tutoring appointments throughout the semester.
