Meeting Facilities
¸ÌéÙÖ±²¥'s academic environment provides a range of meeting and educational settings specifically designed to facilitate the teaching and learning experience. For groups of up to 700, there are air-conditioned classrooms, lecture halls, conference rooms, a cinema, theater, and the Connelly Center (university union building).
Much of this meeting space is equipped with built-in, state-of-the-art audiovisual capability. The air conditioned Pavilion, multi-purpose indoor arena can seat up to 6,500, and ¸ÌéÙÖ±²¥ Stadium can seat 12,000 for outdoor activities and can be lit for evening use.
Details regarding A/V equipment services as well as other "Helpful Hints" and resources for meeting planners are available in the Planning Tools and Guest Information section of our website.
A list of inclusive restrooms throughout the various academic and other non-residential campus buildings is also available.
Sustainability practices are not only of importance in Dining Services operations or when planning residence hall renovations, but also when it comes to meeting facilities and academic buildings. Campus-wide sustainability and green-building initiatives are increasing, and as of 2017, a total of six campus buildings are LEED certified - the new Talley Athletic Center, the ¸ÌéÙÖ±²¥ Law School and Driscoll Hall, home of the College of Nursing, as well as Fedigan, Sheehan and Sullivan residence halls.
