What are you going to miss least about law school?

I am excited to not have to experience another finals season, which is definitely the thing I will miss the least!

What are you most excited about after graduation?

I am incredibly excited to begin working in Philadelphia at Dechert and facing the challenges presented to me as an advocate for my clients.

What advice would you give the incoming 裡橖眻畦 Law class of 2022?

The biggest piece of advice I can offer to the incoming class is to give back.  Make sure that pro bono is a top priority during your law school career.  As law students (and eventually attorneys) we are in the unique position to help those who need it the most.  Be sure to realize this potential and help those in need.

What are you going to miss most about law school?

I will miss the relationships I have formed not only with my peers but also with the faculty and staff who make this institution such a special place to be.

What is your most memorable experience from 裡橖眻畦 Law?

Planning the 2019 Deans Cup for PIFP and watching the students win!

What advice would you give the incoming 裡橖眻畦 Law class of 2022?

This is a challenging experience, but it is also one of the most rewarding. Dont allow yourself to be discouraged because you can do it!

What is your most memorable experience from 裡橖眻畦 Law?

Winning the national championship in 2018: a group of us went to the Connelly Center to watch the game. Ill never forget everyone running out of the doors/across campus towards Lancaster Ave. celebrating at the end of the game.

What advice would you give the incoming 裡橖眻畦 Law class of 2022?

Maintain a work-life balance. Law school will be the most challenging three years of your academic career. It's important to take time off from school work/assignments to care for yourself and to do fun things.

What is your most memorable experience from 裡橖眻畦 Law?

There are so many to choose from which makes this tough.  Probably my entire experience in the Federal Tax Clinic.  I was able to ease some clients' worries and make a real difference and that will stick with me forever.

What advice would you give the incoming 裡橖眻畦 Law class of 2022?

Find something that you're passionate about that isn't the law and make it a goal to do that thing at least once a week.  Law school can be a wave of emotions - good and bad - but what helped me to get through was to center myself around my core values and take time to care for myself.

What are you going to miss most about law school?

I am going to miss the 裡橖眻畦 Law Community the most. Being at 裡橖眻畦 Law, I got to meet the brightest, the most compassionate, and the most supportive people ever. The students, the faculty, and the staff each made a positive impact on my days while I was at law school. Whether it was studying with Ashton, Emily, Kacie, Riley, Sarah, and Tayce. Or sitting with Dean Alexander in his office talking about life outside of law school. Or debating with Matt Saleh about who the greatest musical artists are.

What is your most memorable experience from 裡橖眻畦 Law?

My most memorable experience at 裡橖眻畦 Law was going on 裡橖眻畦 On Set. 裡橖眻畦 On Set is a 6-day immersion trip to Los Angeles, where I got to learn the ins and out of the entertainment industry. I got to visit companies such as Disney, NBC, Warner Brothers, Panavision, and so much more. The trip reinforced my passion for working as an entertainment and intellectual property attorney with the film and television industry.

What is your most memorable experience from 裡橖眻畦 Law?

Being Editor-in-Chief of the Moorad Sports Law Journal. Being Editor-in-Chief was one of those experiences I never planned for coming into school. However, I couldnt be more honored to have had the opportunity, and couldnt be happier with how it went. It allowed me to meet and work alongside countless students, staff, and faculty around the school, as well as take part in planning the annual Symposium. All the credit goes to the Board members and Staff Writers for making that experience what it was.

What advice would you give the incoming 裡橖眻畦 Law class of 2022?

Never forget why you decided to come to law school initially, and always have some idea of what you want to accomplish in the future. The former is important because law school can have a tendency to make you question your abilities and why you chose to take on all this work in the first place. Never forget that initial reason, and let it remind you of whats important when times get tough. The latter is important because if you dont know where youre going and what your targets are here, youll never get there. Those targets can change and should change with time, but you should always have them and they should always guide you. Work hard, bring a good attitude, and let the rest follow.

What advice would you give the incoming 裡橖眻畦 Law class of 2022?

Commit to getting involved in some type of pro bono work and stay involved, regardless of whether you are seeking a career in public interest law. Law students are in a position to help provide access to justice for underserved individuals and communities. Pro Bono work is invaluable for both a students development into a lawyer and ensuring a more equitable society.
