UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM
INNOVATIVE. COMPASSIONATE. RESTLESS. RELENTLESS.
Building on a strong liberal arts foundation, ΈΜιΩΦ±²₯ Nursing students emerge as exceptionally prepared nurses through transformative learning approaches in the classroom, research opportunities and diverse clinical experiences in simulation labs, community centers, hospitals and clinics. Because of these unique and compelling learning experiences, ΈΜιΩΦ±²₯ Nursing is consistently named a Center of Excellence in Nursing Education by the National League for Nursing.
The four-year Undergraduate Nursing program challenges students to be independent thinkers and problem solvers. Students graduate prepared to care, discover, research and lead.
Our undergraduate students are athletes, Special Olympics and Habitat for Humanity volunteers, a Student Government president and NROTC leaders. Some earn minors in other disciplines. They join forces with colleagues such as engineering and science students to tackle big problems. They partner with faculty mentors to conduct research and have the chance to travel to nearly every continent, immersing themselves in cultural experiences where they can teach, care and promote health, as well as grow in their global perspective.
Each student brings their own experience and passion to the program, enhancing their education as they build their career in nursing.
