CELEBRATING CULTURAL STUDIES WEEK

Every fall semester, the Cultural Studies Program explores the concept of Food Justice. We immerse ourselves in the stories, tastes and symbolism of cooking from all over the world by creating an experiential journey into each culture and discovering its unique relationship with food.
