Ignite Change, Advance Your Leadership
McNulty Institute will host Ignite Change, Advance Your Leadership, a full-day workshop for ΈΜιΩΦ±²₯ staff who identify as women or non-binary. The day will explore leadership values, work-life issues, communication and negotiations, and managing up in addition to skills and strategies for being a change agent within various communities. The workshop, which will be held at the Inn, is completely free of charge. Breakfast and lunch are also provided.
