How do I know what printer is right for my department?
XSE Groups Vendor Page breaks each printer into user categories. If additional help is needed please contact our customer service group for assistance at (215) 345-9155.
How does the charge per page work?
Our per page plan removes the disadvantages of printer ownership. These plans help eliminated concerns of printer repair costs, the fluctuation of consumable prices (i.e. toner, fuser, and maintenance kits). XSE Group will bill the department for the number of prints, these charges can be less than a penny per page.
Why are the per page charges higher on the lower priced printers?
Two primary reasons:
1. Higher drum yields
2. Higher capacity toner cartridges
Who do I contact if I forget my XSE username and password?
On the homepage of both the Supply and Service Web Portal, there is a Forgot password option. When prompted provide your site user name, and a temporary password will be emailed you to. If this does not work please feel free to call our customer service group at (215) 345-9155.
What the N and DN after the model number mean?
N = Network capable
D = Duplex capable or two-sided printing
T = Ships with additional paper trays
What does the maintenance contract include?
XSE Group of PA maintenance contract includes all parts, repair labor and supplies (paper is not included).
