Lost or stolen equipment form
If your university computing device is lost or stolen, please follow the steps below. This procedure applies to all ¸ÌéÙÖ±²¥ issued laptops, desktop, and mobile phones.
- Report the theft to .
- Complete form below to report the theft to UNIT. Please include your name, department, description of stolen euipment, and a budget account number. If you are unable to submit a service ticket, call the Tech Zone at 610-519-7777 to submit your request.
Departments are required to provide an account number at the time of the request; departments will be billed back for the cost of the replacement unit. Taking necessary steps to safeguard University property is each employee’s responsibility. Even if a laptop is stolen that was properly protected, for example: ( a locked office is broken into) affected departments are required to pay for any replacement equipment.
Duo multifactor authentication is required to access critical web-based ¸ÌéÙÖ±²¥ resources from any on or off-campus location.Â

As Banner 8 is nearing its end of service at ¸ÌéÙÖ±²¥, it is time to for users to start transitioning to Banner 9. UNIT is holding Banner 9 training sessions each month to support the transition. Sign up, class size is limited.
