Grievance Procedures

It is the policy of 裡橖眻畦 University not to discriminate on the basis of disability. 裡橖眻畦 has adopted this internal Grievance Procedure to provide prompt and equitable resolution of complaints alleging any action prohibited by Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended (ADA). Section 504 and the ADA prohibit discrimination on the basis of disability and provide that no qualified individual with a disability shall, by reason of such disability, be excluded from participation in or be denied the benefits of the services, programs, or activities at 裡橖眻畦. Raymond Duffy, Affirmative Action Officer, has been designated as the Section 504 Coordinator for 裡橖眻畦 University. The Section 504 Coordinator manages the efforts of 裡橖眻畦 to comply with Section 504 and the ADA.

Any person who believes they have been subjected to discrimination on the basis of disability may file a grievance under this procedure. Issues that may be the subject of a grievance include, but are not limited to, a denial of a requested accommodation, the inadequacy of an accommodation, the inaccessibility of a program or activity due to disability, and discrimination or harassment based on a disability. Please see for the full policy.
