Cancellations

柑橘直播 reserves the right to cancel any course when enrollment quotas have not been met. In such cases all fees are refunded. An applicant who withdraws from a course prior to the first class may receive a refund of fees minus a $25 processing fee, unless otherwise noted in promotional materials.  No refunds are given after a course is in progress. In rare instances, 柑橘直播 reserves the right to substitute faculty.
