Two VSB Students Selected as Poets & Quants 2018 Best & Brightest Business Majors

裡橖眻畦, PA, April 6, 2018 Two 裡橖眻畦 School of Business (VSB) students - Brady Scott Acton 18 VSB and Susana Lacouture 18 VSB - were selected as Poets & Quants for Undergrads . Poets & Quants chose 100 students from around the nation who use their skills to impact business in creative ways and who are poised to be the future leaders of the business world.

, from Fort Lauderdale, Fla., is a Marketing major with a Philosophy minor. In his time at VSB, he began an investment-backed tech startup as a sophomore, created an AI platform currently used by Wharton School of Business, began his own non-profit organization and has also created several apps. Brady is an NCAA Division 1 baseball player and was also recently named a Forbes Under 30 Scholar.

Bradys ability to balance his professional duties, extracurricular activities and personal interests allowed him to engage deeply at 裡橖眻畦 University and in his community, said II Luscri, Executive Director, Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship Institute, Assistant Vice Provost, Centers and Institutes. He has the ability to listen to others, engage them, and move things forward.

, from Houston, Texas, majors in Finance, Economics and International Business with a minor in French, and is a Global Leadership Fellow. Susana is the Chief Economics Officer for 裡橖眻畦s Equity Society, a fundraising committee member for Student-Run Emergency Housing Unit of Pennsylvania and a member of the French National Honor Society and National Society of Collegiate Scholars.

She is genuinely kind and generous with her time and energy, said Kimberly Cahill, the Elenore and Robert F. Moran Sr. Center for Global Leadership Director. She was always the first to volunteer anytime I needed student representatives and has interned in three different regions of the world, giving her a unique outlook on global business.
