Elena Bozylinski, Ed.D., PMP has over ten years of project management experience and considers project management her passion. She studied the influence of the PMP certification from PMI on the careers of female IT project managers for her EdD dissertation, which she earned from Creighton University in 2017. Elena loves to share project management experiences within her professional network.

Richard Rinaldi, MBA, PMP, A-CSM, is an adjunct professor for project management who has 8+ years of experience in applying hybrid and agile methodologies in the not-for-profit space. He serves as the director of project management for a national behavioral health care company and is passionate about supporting diverse teams from all industries to get work done together on complex projects. In his free time, you can find him outdoors hiking, biking, or golfing. Rich lives in Ardmore, PA with his wife and three cats.Richard Rinaldi, MBA, PMP, A-CSM, A-CSPO is an adjunct professor for project management with 10+ years of experience in applying hybrid and agile methodologies in the not-for-profit and health care spaces. He serves as the director of project management for a national behavioral health care company and is passionate about supporting diverse teams from all industries to get work done together on complex projects. Rich has trained project managers at all levels of organizations and has spoken at the Global PMI Summit. He serves as the VP of Finance and Treasurer for the PMI Delaware Valley Chapter as well as a board member for the Narberth Library. He and his wife Hadley live in Narberth with their toddler son Beau.

Mike Palladino, PMP

Faculty member Mike Palladino is the Head of the Agile Center of Excellence at Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharmaceuticals, and former president of the Project Management Institute (PMI) Delaware Valley Chapter. As an instructor, he brings interactive teaching methods, new technologies and individual attention to his classes. Through his own professional experiences, Palladino has found project management to be a natural and valuable transition from many fields. In addition to continuing to teach for CPS, Palladino’s upcoming plans include presenting on project management in Ukraine and potentially Norway, Milan and Dubai. MORE...

Mark Tuani Msc. PM, PMP has over 10 years of experience in Project & Program Management from diverse professional sectors. He lectures on-campus and online project management courses including Project Management Professional (PMP)/Certified Associated of Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Capstone and Mastering of Project management. His other professional & research interests span across Organizational Change Management, Information security Management & International Development.
