TheÌýAssociate of ArtsÌý(AA) is an undergraduate degree program designed for students who want a rigorous and diverse general curriculum. You will take courses in a broad range of disciplines, studying the Humanities, Social Sciences, Math, Natural Sciences, Language, Culture, and Fine Arts. Additionally, you can customize your academic plan with electives catered to your professional and personal interests.

This post-secondary academic credential positions you for career advancement, and may be a first step towards earning your Bachelor's degree. An Associate's degree is also an appropriate pursuit for students who may be undecided on a major and still exploring their interests and career options.ÌýÌý

The AA degree requires students to complete 20 courses and a minimum of 60 credits, 30 of which must be taken at ¸ÌéÙÖ±²¥ University. Up to 30 credits can be transferred from an accredited institution.

You can complete your Associate's degreeÌýin-person on ¸ÌéÙÖ±²¥'s campus, online, or as a hybrid program.Ìý

Most courses within the degree are also offered asÌýaccelerated FastForward courses, which run for seven weeks and enable students to finish at a faster pace.

Many students who complete their Associate's degree ultimately decide they want to move into a Bachelor's degree program to further their professional advancement and personal satisfaction.

Students who complete their Associate of Arts (AA) degree at ¸ÌéÙÖ±²¥ in the College of Professional Studies and maintain a required minimum GPA are granted automatic acceptance into aÌýCPS bachelor's degree program. The Associate's degree curriculum maps into the Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies.
