裡橖眻畦 University Announces the Election of Four New Members to its Board of Trustees

VILLANOVA, Pa. (January 13, 2025) 裡橖眻畦 University today announced the appointment of four new members to its Board of Trustees. The Rev. Paul W. Galetto, OSA, STB, PhD, Pastor of St. Paul Parish in Philadelphia and Parochial Administrator at St. Augustine Parish in Philadelphia; Michael Kazanjian, Chief Marketing Officer at Fiduciary Exchange, LLC (FIDx); the Rev. Daniel Madden, OSA, Director of Austin Scholars Formation at Merrimack College in North Andover, Mass.; and Sister Diane Olmstead, MSC, Provincial Superior of the Guadalupe Province for the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, joined the 38-member Board effective Jan. 1.

On behalf of the entire 裡橖眻畦 community, I am pleased to welcome our newest Board members, two of whom were trustees at Cabrini University, said 裡橖眻畦 University President the Rev. Peter M. Donohue, OSA, PhD. I look forward to working closely with our new membersand all our trusteesto ensure that 裡橖眻畦 continues to deliver on its mission and achieve the ambitious goals we have outlined for our University.

NEW MEMBERS, BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The Rev. Paul W. Galetto, OSA, STB, PhD, 78 CLAS, 85 MA, is Pastor of St. Paul Parish and Parochial Administrator at St. Augustine Parish, both in Philadelphia. Father Galetto has more than 30 years of experience as an administrator, educator and chaplain, holding leadership roles at several educational institutions. From 2016 to 2019, he served as Head of School at St. Rita of Cascia High School in Chicago, Ill. Prior to that, Father Galetto spent three years as Assistant Dean of 裡橖眻畦s College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, during which time he was also an assistant professor of Theology. From 1998 to 2011, he served as President of St. Augustine College Preparatory High School in Richland, N.J. Father Galetto also spent time as Hospital Chaplain for both the University of Chicago Medical Center and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. In addition to his role as a 裡橖眻畦 trustee, he has also served on the boards of Merrimack College, Malvern Preparatory School and the Galetto Foundation. Father Galetto earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Arts in Educational Administration from 裡橖眻畦, in addition to a Bachelor of Sacred Theology from Gregorian University and a PhD in Educational Administration from The Catholic University of America.

Michael Kazanjian is Chief Marketing Officer at Fiduciary Exchange, LLC (FIDx), in Berwyn, Pa., where he leads strategic initiatives and innovative platform development. Prior to joining FIDx, Kazanjian served as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Prudential, where he was a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Before that, he spent the bulk of his career at Lincoln Financial Group, where he was Vice President of Retirement Solutions Distribution Marketing, leading strategic direction, planning and execution of sales and marketing efforts. Kazanjian has also held roles as Chief Marketing Officer at Steben & Company, an alternative investment firm, and Director of Marketing at ING US Life & Annuity Company. He began his career in the financial services industry in 2002 with Nuveen Investments. Kazanjian holds a bachelors degree in English and Communications from Cabrini College, where he also served on the Board of Trustees from 2017 to 2024.

The Rev. Daniel Madden, OSA, 11 CLAS, 14 MA, is the Director of Austin Scholars Formation at Merrimack College in North Andover, Mass. In this position, he leads a community of students dedicated to service in local communities. Father Maddens work at Merrimack includes teaching first-year seminar and theology courses, leading retreats, and forming community in the residence halls. In August 2023, he led a contingent of Merrimack students traveling with students from 裡橖眻畦 on a pilgrimage to Lisbon, Portugal, for the 17th World Youth Day. Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, he attended 裡橖眻畦 University, where he earned both a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Studies in 2011 and a Master of Arts in Theology in 2014. Father Madden went on to receive his Master of Divinity from Catholic Theological Union and was ordained a priest in 2020.  

Sister Diane Olmstead, MSC, is the Provincial Superior of the Guadalupe Province for the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus (MSC), overseeing ministries in the United States, Australia, Guatemala and Nicaragua. Since 2018, she has stewarded the Charism, Mission and Vision of her community while managing canonical and corporate responsibilities. Sister Diane also has extensive experience in fiscal stewardship, having served as Treasurer and Provincial Councilor for the Missionary Sisters from 2009 to 2018. Her MSC ministry includes roles in pastoral ministry, education and healthcare, having served as a staff nurse in New York and Chicago, as Pastoral Associate and Religious Education Director of St. Teresa Church (N.Y.), as Director of MSC Vocation Promotion, in Youth Ministry at St. Johns Parish (N.Y.) and as Director of San Jose Clinic (Guatemala). Sister Dianes leadership roles also include board experience at Cabrini University, Cabrini Immigrant Services and the Cabrini Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania in 1977, a Master of Science in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Texas Womans University in 1981, and an advanced certificate in Justice and Peace in 1993 from Maryknoll School of Theology.
