ֱ Law will host top appellate advocates to moot an upcoming Supreme Court case. , partner at Jenner & Block,and, partner at Dechert, will argue United States v.Rahimi. , U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, will lead a panel of faculty judges.

According to , the issue presented is whether, which prohibits the possession of firearms by persons subject to domestic violence restraining orders, violates the Second Amendment on its face.
